Construction of the Celesta Gold residential project in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, has begun, following a groundbreaking ceremony held on 7 May 2026.

Located along Nguyen Huu Tho Avenue, a strategic growth corridor in the city, Celesta Gold is jointly developed by Keppel, Phu Long and Nomura Real Estate Vietnam. Coteccons has been awarded the main contractor role for a contract package valued at over VND 1 trillion on the project.

This new premium residential development covers a land area of more than 1.28 ha and comprises a 25-storey building with one basement level. When completed, it will offer 420 luxury residential apartments, complemented by a commercial podium featuring officetel units and retail space.

Designed with sustainability in mind, Celesta Gold targets Singapore’s BCA Green Mark Gold certification and is scheduled for completion within 19 months.
