Arcc Spaces Officially Opens its 9th Location at Bank of Singapore Centre in Raffles Place

Arcc Spaces, a pioneer in hospitality-led real estate, has officially opened its newest property at the Bank of Singapore Centre. Spread across Levels 5, 6, and 7 at 63 Market Street, the 25,782 square foot property gives businesses of all sizes a flexible path to one of the city’s most sought-after business addresses without the exposure of a long-term lease.

The opening arrives at a pivotal moment for Singapore’s commercial real estate market as the nation experiences the longest upward cycle on record. CBD Grade A rents have now risen for six consecutive quarters, while new supply through 2027 is projected at less than half of historical annual demand. For firms weighing the cost of a long-term lease against an increasingly uncertain business environment, that equation is shifting the conversation toward flexibility.

"Singapore’s CBD has never been more competitive, and for many firms, a ten-year lease is simply no longer a viable way to secure their place in it. What we’ve built here gives companies the credibility of a Raffles Place headquarters with the freedom to scale on their own terms. In a market this tight, that combination is increasingly hard to find elsewhere," said Justin Chen, CEO of Arcc Spaces.

The interior of the property makes a deliberate departure from the typical corporate fit-out. Deep autumn hues such as terracotta, ochre, and burnt orange run through the interiors alongside natural materials and greenery. Every element was chosen to age well and feel more like home instead of a serviced office—a place people genuinely want to come back to.

Private enterprise suites can be tailored by the Arcc Spaces in-house design team to reflect a company’s own brand identity, while open lounges and alcoves give individuals and small groups room to work without retreating to a meeting room. For larger gatherings, the property offers a full range of collaboration and conference spaces, a members’ lounge, and a well-appointed pantry.

"What makes a workspace stick isn’t the first impression but rather what it feels like six months in. We’ve thought carefully about how every part of this space holds up over time, because the people here aren’t passing through. They’re growing careers and showing up every day with something to prove, and our space is built to match their ambition," said Maria Nakamura, Head of Hospitality at Arcc Spaces.

Beyond the workspace, members join the broader Arcc Spaces network spanning Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. Arcc Spaces also runs a curated programme of community events alongside the signature Being.Human series: an ongoing showcase of the journeys of Entrepreneurs, Changemakers, and Authors that gives members access to conversations and connections that extend well beyond their immediate teams.

The property secured its first members in March 2026, with occupancy already spanning a diverse cross-section of industries; from family offices, financial services, and fintech to law firms, education, recruitment, and steel.
