Brussels, Belgium – Aliaxis, a world leader enabling access to water and energy through inventive fluid management solutions, welcomes Line De Decker as Chief Human Resources & Sustainability Officer and Kate Geraghty as Head of Sustainability.

Line De Decker joins Aliaxis on April 11th as Chief Human Resources and Sustainability Officer. Line will report directly to Eric Olsen, Chief Executive Officer, and will be a member of the Executive Committee. Her focus will be on further enhancing Aliaxis as a performance-driven organisation, with a greater emphasis on attracting talent and making our people thrive.
Line is a Belgian national and holds a Law degree from KU Leuven University, as well as a Master in Tax Management from Solvay Business School. Prior to joining Aliaxis, she was Senior Vice President and Head Transformation Office at GSK. During her 14 years at GSK, she held multiple senior HR roles in Belgium and the UK. Prior to GSK, Line worked at DuPont, UCB and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
On March 1st, Kate Geraghty will join as Head of Sustainability, reporting to Line. She will have oversight of Aliaxis 2025 sustainability strategy, helping to achieve our ambitious plans to reduce CO2 emissions, increase recycling and develop more solutions for water and sanitation management.
Kate is a British/Irish national and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of Aberdeen, as well as a Master’s with distinction in Environmental Monitoring and Assessment from Coventry University. Kate was previously Director of Sustainability & Advocacy EMEA with Dow’s Plastics Division. Prior to Dow, she held senior sustainability and regulatory roles with DuPont and Rohm & Haas.
